We really don’t know where to begin. The entire staff of the Waterloo Hotel performed magnificently over the weekend, and this all from the initial contact between us.
We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the truly memorable weekend that we had at the Waterloo Hotel. Everyone has gone away with such warm and happy memories of a superb hotel with friendly, helpful and caring staff.
From the Chefs and their team, who provided the most sumptuous food for every meal – truly magnificent, to the domestic staff who cared for us so well and looked after the lodges and the accommodation and kept our rooms so clean and tidy, to the front of house staff and all the waiting-on staff – they were so kind, so helpful an so pleasant. You really have a truly wonderful team.
We have been to possibly hundreds of functions and been on several Rolls Royce weekends, but we have never seen any group of people give the staff a standing ovation by way of thanks as our members did. We think this is testament to their feelings and how very much they appreciated everything that had been done for them
We are quite sure that the fantastic success of this weekend made possible by you and your team will reverberate around the many different sections of the club within the UK, and it is very possible that there will be other events to follow
Thank you once again – you did make our lives far easier

I am writing on behalf of the Club to thank you and all of the staff at The Waterloo for your efforts last weekend in helping to make it one of our most enjoyable dinners for many years. We have always been well looked after but several people approached me this year to say how they had particularly enjoyed the service and the meal itself. Please pass on our thanks to all involved.

Everyone said the hotel was superb and all the staff were most helpful, polite & simply wonderful Several have said they would like to spend more time in the area and intend to stay at the Waterloo hotel

I just wanted to email to say how much myself and my fiancée enjoyed our stay with you on 1st and 2nd July. The accommodation was wonderful as was the service from the staff. We dined both evenings in the on site pub and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We also took advantage of the leisure facilities and were very impressed.
I hope that you will pass our thanks and praise onto the staff and naturally if we are wanting to come to the area again, we will have no hesitation in staying at your venue
